Voting for the Bantams.Online Player of the Month is now open. Choose from the three players that have been shortlisted and whoever gets the most votes will become the August Player of the Month. This month we include July into the awards as the season started early.

Based on your match ratings that are voted for after each match Bantams.Online have selected three players that have the highest ratings based on the amount of minutes they have had, this filters out any players that have only played one match in the month and have a high rating based on only one game (for example it wouldn’t be fair to put Emmanuel Osadebe into the Player of the Month vote based on his rating for the few minutes he had on the pitch against Doncaster Rovers). The three contenders that you will vote on for August are Romoney Crichlow, Andy Cook and Scott Banks. Below is more information on each player to help you decide.

Take a moment to leave a comment at the bottom of the page and share your thoughts on who you’ve selected to be Player of the Month. Also if you think there is somebody that should be in the list of three instead, leave a comment and let everyone know.

  1. Although I feel the team are gelling well now under Mark Hughes it can only get much better, the additions have made a huge difference, although we still give away silly goals, we play great football at times, we have seen playing a higher level of teams we compete at their level and hold our heads up high, but unfortunately teams in league two have a different approach on playing us, parking the bus in many cases, we must be aware of those teams hitting us on the break and as in Colchester sucker punching us. But all in all, we play great football at times….CTID….UP THE CHICKENS
